"If there's one treat my dogs prefer over a juicy steak, it'd be Greenies (I call them greenie bones). I first saw them at the vet's office when I was getting my second pound puppy checked out, and he went NUTS. I only give them one a day, but it really seems to help their breath and they still love them after two years."

"Bio-Groom Super White Pet Shampoo makes my Bichon's hair really white, and it smells great, too! I thought if I used it too often, my dog would have the blue "old lady" hair but she doesn't, and I bathe her once a week. Highly recommend it."
--T. Stevens, St. Louis, MO

"Petrodex's Enzymatic Chicken Flavored Toothpaste is the absolute best. The only problem with it is that my dog likes to lick it off the toothbrush before I can get to his teeth… I go through a lot of the stuff, but it really works."
--M. Concord, Billings, MT

"I had the hardest time finding a watering system for my dogs that was portable and easy to use-I bought the Walk-N-Water Pet Canteen (Pet Zone) from PetSmart a couple years ago, and it works really well. I left the first canteen in a cabin in PA and had the hardest time finding another one (can't remember if I got it from PetSmart again or if I had to order it online). Every time my dogs see the canteen, they know they're going for a walk!"

"If your dog seems to be shaking his head a lot or is scratching his ears, chances are he has a lot of wax or dirt accumulation. I took my pug to the groomers a couple months ago to get his nails cut, and they said that I need to wash his ears at least once a week (I guess dogs with floppy ears are more likely to get infestations and accumulations in their ears for some reason). I found Epi Otic Cleansing Solution and they said that it should work fine. He's not scratching his ears as much and his ears smell a lot better."
--D. Martin, Concord, NH
