This charming home includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining area with a woodburning fireplace, (firewood provided) and a great deck with an outdoor gas grill and it's own private outdoor hot tub! This vacation property will comfortably accommodate up to 8-persons (maximum occupancy).

Rates: Rates for Chalet #13 range from $289.00 to $509.00 per night, and from $1734.00 to $3563.00 per week. Other Mt. Baker Lodging vacation properties range from $99.00 to $509.00/night, and from $594.00 to $3565.00/week USD + 8.4% tax.

Deposits & Cancellations: RESERVATIONS: A Booking Deposit equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date. PAYMENT: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Sorry, NO personal checks.

CANCELLATION: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, a $65.00 Cancellation Fee is charged, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 to 15-days forfeits the Booking Deposit*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.

Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) domesticated pets is permitted per vacation property. All Guests are required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement backed by a major credit card as a pre-condition to check-in.

Things To Do: The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling. Don't forget your camera...the photography is spectacular year-round!

From VANCOUVER B.C: Take Highway 99 South to the Canada / U.S.A. border crossing, then I-5 South to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Highway #542). Turn left at the end of the offramp and proceed East directly to our office in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 1.5-hours.
