Rates: Rates range from $109.00 to $509.00/night, and from $654.00 to $3565.00/week USD + 10.4% tax.

Deposits & Cancellations: RESERVATIONS: An Advance Reservation Payment equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The entire balance is due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guest's credit card on the scheduled due-date.

PAYMENT: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Sorry, NO personal checks.

CANCELLATION: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival, a $65.00 Cancellation Fee is charged, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 through 15-days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration, in which case only the $65.00 Cancellation Fee applies.

Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) domesticated pets is permitted per vacation property. All Guests are required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement backed by a major credit card as a pre-condition to check-in.

Directions: From SEATTLE: Take I-5 North to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Highway #542). Turn right at the end of the offramp and proceed East directly to our office in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 2-hours.

From VANCOUVER B.C: Take Highway 99 South to the Canada / U.S.A. border crossing, then I-5 South to Bellingham exit #255 (Sunset Drive / Mt. Baker Highway #542). Turn left at the end of the off-ramp and proceed East directly to our office in the village of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time: 1.5-hours.
