Deposits
& Cancellations: A
50% deposit is required by credit card if booking prior to 14 days of your arrival
date. Payment required in full if booking within 14 days of arrival. Mountain
Cabin Rentals has a no-refunds policy. If for any reason you should need to cancel,
your notification must be received by phone by Mountain Cabin Rentals 48 business
hours or more prior to your arrival date so that the reservation, for that specific
cabin, may be transferred to another date within the year for an additional $50
fee. Any transfer made within 48 hours of the arrival date will be charged an
additional $100 fee. Reservations may only be transferred one time. NO CANCELLATIONS
OR REBOOKINGS ON DISCOUNTED RESERVATIONS, TRANSFERRED RESERVATIONS AND/OR HOLIDAY
RESERVATIONS.
Pet
Policy: Any Pets Welcome. $50 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet. This
is a non-smoking property. Things
