Deposits & Cancellations: We charge a deposit amount equal to your first night’s stay to book your room. Cancellations and reservation changes are accepted with a $35 fee 48 hours or more before arrival (summer and value seasons). Cancellations and changes are accepted during winter season with a $35 fee 14 days or more before arrival. If you must cancel closer to arrival your one night’s deposit amount will be forfeited. We are sorry, but holiday stays must be paid for in full at the time of booking and no refunds can be made for any cancellations.

Pet Policy: $25.00 per pet per night. Only two pets per room. If you plan to leave your pet unattended in your room, please bring a crate for it to stay in – or ask one of our front desk agents for a doggy day care recommendation!

Non Smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel. There is a covered deck where you can smoke outside.
