They are: the main one, where the double bed rooms are and another one, an independent construction that holds the apartments. Deposits & Cancellations: In order to confirm the reservation, it´s required a refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay amount (conditions apply - please check our Cancellation Policy). A single night reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the stay amount. Deposits can be made through bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted).

Cancellation of reservations will only be accepted if received with a minimum lead time of 30 days in High Season and 10 days in Medium/Low Season. If the cancellation takes place within this period, the deposit will not be returned.
Cancellation of a reservation on the arrival day or a "no show" situation implies the payment of one full night.
