must be kept on leash when in hotel or hotel property at all times unless in guest

- Housekeeping
services for rooms with pets require pet owner to be present or pet must be created

are not allowed in the swimming pool, fitness room, restaurant or bar areas
- Guests
are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel property
- Guests
are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from
their pet
- Guests
are responsible to prevent noise or any other disturbance buy the pet, in the
interest of other hotel guests
- Guests
agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owner and its operator from
all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. The hotel reserves
the right to charge guest's account to commensurate to cost such damage
